Mr. Hayes specializes in lifestyle and consumer marketing, conducting in-depth customer and market analyses to understand the full brand journey—from awareness and engagement to conversion and long-term loyalty. His work spans multiple industries, including music, telecommunications, spirits, apparel, and sports marketing, giving him a broad and adaptable strategic perspective.
Throughout his career, Hayes has developed and executed marketing programs and strategic partnerships with major organizations and brands, including NASCAR, Walmart, RSM Sports Agency, the Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance, and Straight Talk Wireless. In addition to commercial campaigns, he has worked on civic engagement initiatives at the national level and particularly within the city of Detroit, supporting efforts designed to increase awareness, participation, and community engagement.
Prior to founding BWP Marketing, Hayes served as Promotions Director for major recording companies including Blackground Records, Def Jam Recordings, and RCA Records while also contributing to major brand initiatives connected to companies such as Pepsi-Cola and Reebok.
Lamonte G. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Tennessee State University and remains committed to advancing innovative marketing strategies that bridge culture, commerce, and community.
